Ribeye Steaks (enough to feed your group)
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Olive Oil (good quality)
Heat the grill up to high. Rub the steaks with the Montreal Steak Seasoning and the Pappy's. Add a little good quality olive oil to make a rub and work it into the steak for a minute or so.
When the grill is heated to high heat, put the steak on a hot burner and leave for about five minutes to get some good char marks (about 5 minutes). Flip the steak away from the burners or coals and continue cooking on indirect heat for another five minutes or until the interior of the steak comes up to 130 degrees F. Take off the heat and rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
Ready to serve!
