Easy Kicked-Up White Rice

I'm gluten free, so rice is my go-to when I need to add a starch to my meals.  Here's my favorite, basic white rice recipe.


1 Cup White Rice
1 Can Chicken Broth plus water to make 2 cups
About a teaspoon of Salt

Cook like you would any white rice, but substituting chicken broth for the water:  Bring chicken broth to a boil, add rice and bring back to a boil.  Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes.  Turn off heat and let sit for 5 more minutes covered.  Serve and enjoy!
